The plant was packaged with care and arrived well! Seller is also super helpful with answering any questions. I received one of the same plants listed in photos exactly as described! I hadn’t noticed until after receiving them, so that is on me. Generally as pictured. Packed either potted and wrapped in newspaper (unsecured) or with moss in a deli cup. The plants packed with newspaper fell out of their pots and had leaf damage. These plants are delicate and challenging to ship at this large size, some damage is inevitable. However, packing could be improved, especially considering the price.
