    I ordered the Matrix So Silver. When package was delivered it was the wrong product. I contacted seller and said I could keep product that was sent and they would send the one I had ordered. I waited a week and didn’t get a confirmation or tracking. I contacted seller again and they sent package out. When I received package today, the top of the shampoo had broken off, and leaked inside of package. Much of the product wasted. The tops should have been taped and secured before bringing mailed out
