While the photos & description were accurate overall, there was one glaring omission: the laptop had a firmware password set which the seller couldn't provide. Communication with the seller was prompt and they were understanding, offering a return for full refund or a partial refund if kept.       Excellent, item as described. Not so excellent is USPS ground ship, my box was torn half open and item half exposed, not the Seller's fault at all. I would highly recommend Seller and will keep checking back for more goodies.
