The box was too small, the bubble wrap was fine, but you needed a bigger box with packing peanuts around the steins. I was able to reattach the handle and asked him to refund $15, $5 for the broken stein and $10 for the shipping. After multiple email exchanges He agreed to this offer, but I never received the money.
