      The pictures in the listing showed the box was damaged took a chance to save a little money and the screen on the device was cracked.I sent a picture to seller got a message right back, they told me they would send another device free of charge and didn’t have to return damaged one.I didn’t expect them to do that cause I already knew it could be damaged cause of the damaged box.       This was advertised as a new airplane that was damaged in shipment. I appreciate the pics and the fact that the seller never unpacked the contents of the damaged shipping box so I was assured all the original parts were still in the box. And they were. The damage to the plane was easily repaired without the need for glue or buying replacement parts. The plane flys perfectly. I am very pleased with the plane and the seller.
