Pen was a store demonstrator that had been carelessly handled by customers. Seller's response (verbatim) was "sorry but i did not state that the item was new or mint..." Screen grab of listing when I bought it, and packing slip in the box include the word "Mint", so, yes, you did. And then you changed it, and you flat-out lied about it. Not a seller I ever plan to buy from again.
