My issue was that I thought I had bid on a New crystal figurine. Since it was listed as New. When I received it, you could tell it was clearly used by the wear and tear on the label, actual build up on the bottom of it and a slight chip a the edge. I guess that’s why she doesn’t accept returns. I should have asked more questions before I bid on it.
