Buyer asked for a $140 refund on the $500 purchase price (which included shipping, packaging, and insurance) to replace the SSD and battery even though they did not need replacement. I offered a 10% refund or to make an exception to my return policy and accept a return anyway, but buyer rejected offers. Settled on $63 refund in attempt to placate. Difficult to deal with, do not recommend.
