Then I asked if she had sent the correct item - she said it was all wrapped and ready to send. But then she refunded the price of item I ordered but not the shipping. I am out the item, and the shipping. This was such a hassle for a lousy $10 Talbots turtleneck. Bad experience. Obviously not on the up and up. Disappointed.
