I purchased a damaged item 1 broken wheel but it arrived more damaged because no care in packing the item in its box just put in loose with the broken base piece to bounce around in shipping. Plus the item box was put in a larger box with no packing to bounce around and come apart. The items you described broken were already broken and pictured. This was clearly stated and pictured. I even accepted the lower price you asked for.
