    Except for included battery, five stars!

    First, I don't expect batteries that come with used phones to be very good. I always assume that a used phone will need a battery upgrade. In this case, I already had an extended battery for this phone becasue I owned one exactly like it. This used phone is excellent as far as i can tell. Everything works great. Its easy to switch batteries on this phone which is one big reason that i love this phone.

    Useless !!

    I purchased this phone with the intent to send to my aunty in the Caribbean, it says can work world wide on put SIM in phone it started to work then automatically locked. And requesting code from sprint. it's a sprint phone and its difficult to unlock, so be careful on your purchase if think about sending out of the U.S

    Have a little trouble with the headphone jack not registering when I unplug the headphones, other than that the phone is great. Also everything want cleared out from the previous owner/purchaser.
