I waited another week, and still hadn't received, so put in a refund request. Finally after getting eBay involved, seller refunded my money. USPS lost the package at the distribution center and it was not scanned. We send a trailer to the USPS distribution center daily. The package was included on our master scan sheet for October 3rd. That is how we know that it was shipped. We always try to locate lost packages before issuing a refund. This time we could not find it and we lost $77 due to USPS mishandling. We did not give you an excuse we gave you the truth. We apologize for any inconvenience.Follow-up from: o***u- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Correction, I ordered on Sept 29, not Oct 3. But, seller did later tell me that according to USPS they had delivered the package, when in fact USPS tracking still showed "awaiting item".
