    Have bought this same bed same, same brand, s size for years and still have some of them. For some reason this one is much smaller altho they say the size hasnt changed...but it definately is smaller when next to the ones I have. They would not let me exchange it for larger size. Said I had to send it back and I pay shipping, then reorder. They would not consider the circumstances and were still unwilling to make this right. Also just fyi note the long shipping time, altho that was posted.

    This purchase was exactly as described and shipped extremely fast. Excellent communication. Although UPS said they delivered it one day before they actually did the seller's communication was fantastic. They went above and beyond to try to find out what they could about the delivery for me.
