It is recommended to disconnect the negative terminal from the battery prior to initiating replacement of this module. It may take some time for the computers to resync themselves for proper fan operation by the control console buttons and fan speed control knob. Don't expect instantaneous operation once the module is replaced. This module works, I would buy again.
