    Good upgrade.

    Poorly written instructions make pairing difficult and needs the remote at extra cost to make use easier. Sound quality is not as good as previous models. Installation was easy, the microphone is small and out of the way of closing the helmet, and the volume control is easy to find and use with gloves. It is capable of pairing with multiple intercoms and phones if you can figure it out.

    Easy install, not so easy learning curve.

    The SENA communications system is generally good but takes some time to remember all the things those two buttons can do. Overall I like it and it was easy to install.

    Great product once you learn how ot use it

    It works great once you figured out how to operate it. I'm still in the learning phase. still didn't figured out exactly how to use it in group intercom with 2 or more people. It is a little cumbersome to use but apparently all these blue-tooth communication systems are tough to use in general

    Great invisible comms

    Have been using this since 2011 with NO problems at all. I also like that it is all inside the helmut out of view.. We got 11 hours talk time consistently so no problems on long trips.
