Instead of resolving the issue properly, the seller gave me the runaround and refused to issue a refund. Three of the tires were already installed on my ATV, so returning one was not an option. Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, completely ignoring the inconvenience they caused. If you care about quality and good service, avoid this seller at all costs!
