      “Sehr enttäuschend – nie wieder!” Lieferung wurde mit 2–3 Werktagen angegeben, angekommen ist sie nach fast 3 Wochen. Auf meine Nachfrage hin wurde mir am Telefon gesagt: „Dann stornieren Sie halt, wir können nichts machen.“ Als Wiedergutmachung bot man mir ganze 5 € an – eine Frechheit. Absolut enttäuschender Service – das war definitiv mein letzter Kauf bei MMM Automotive.

      Hallo, das ist so nicht korrekt. Wir haben Ihnen die längere Lieferzeit direkt mitgeteilt. Wir haben Ihnen auch erklärt, dass wir bei diesem Artikel keinen großen Spielraum haben und daher nur 5 Euro erstatten könnten wenn Sie warten möchten. Andernfalls müssten wir stornieren. Da die Spurverbreiterung noch in der Produktion war, konnten wir die Lieferung leider nicht beschleunigen.
