Seller was very responsive to all questions and was quick to refund shipping overcharge. Prior to purchase they were honest and advised a small accessory piece had fallen off; it was included in the shipment for repairs. The item arrived on time; however, it developed a small crack in the arm which I can glue. As for the accessory piece, I’m having difficulty attaching it, but it’s a nice kachina nonetheless.
