However that maybe due to my tyre which is a Schwalbe marathon plus puncture resistant tyre. These have a thicker tread pattern and inside a thicker neoprene cover with some type of canvas thick material to deter punctures to normal inflated inner tube. But it has been a successful very tight clinch fit. Will see how it rides, but am very pleased so far, and hope back wheel punctures are a thing of the past.
