    How to Cook Everything

Great resource for those just learning to cook as well as those who have been cooking for decades. I’ve had a copy for several years and purchase one for each grandchild as they begin to cook.

  • Best Cook Book

I have one of these cookbooks, I bought this one for my daughter. It is a great read and gives you instructions on processes and details that are needed to have a great outcome. Every instruction in a recipe means something, learn why it is you do what you do in the order that it requires you to do it. Every section gives history and details, for example, biscuits, he goes into details on flours and gluten and explains why you do not want to handle your wet dough to much, it gets hard when you bake it. Great read, great information. Thanks Mark!!

  • Absolutely cook anything

The author was a guest on a podcast I listen to, that convinced me to give it a try, best mix of cooking and science (why the recipe works)

  • Best Cookbook to have

This cookbook explains everything in simple everyday language. No fancy recipes, and odd ingredients here. It has everything you may need to run your kitchen everyday. It is for the new cook, for the experienced cook as well. I simply love it.
