I am not able to actually take the HP printer head out of the unit none the less you are still supposed to attach the hose to the nozzels but how?

It is loose in the shipping bag. There is no original protective tape either. They refill cartridges and try to pass them off as new. I contacted the seller but they refuse to reply and correct the problem. I highly recommend to never buy from this person. No communication whatsoever with multiple attempts.
