Reached out to seller & despite some email communication issues thru eBay, we ultimately connected & he sent me a Return Address label so I could send them back free of charge. Once received, he called & confirmed that he saw it as well, would sand/repaint both scoops, & send back ASAP. Received a week later & all is well. Very pleased with the product & am impressed with seller's customer service. Thanks George!
- 2***- (10)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseSuper disappointed in this seller my spoiler came damaged in the corners and when i reached out for a replacement they sent one but it came cracked again I asked for a refund and to ship the spoiler back they didn’t even answer although it’s not their fault completely but they should take more measures on protecting the spoiler for shipping knowing fedex don’t give an F*about packages but this seller needs to protect the spoiler with lots of wrap especially since it’s made out of fiberglass.
