- *****- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseI got sent the wrong color couch and the seller told me she had no way of knowing color cause it was a new couch in box-- I found the color written on outside of box. I wanted a refund and she wanted to exchanged, I asked ebay to step in cause I got the run around from seller. I would not recommend this seller honestly. I felt it was her mistake sending wrong color and I bought the correct couch at local store for $20 cheaper.

I appreciate the fact the seller handled all logistics costs but the fact remains I had to wait over a month before I finally got my goods as advertised by seller:(
