Approx one foot of fabric is totally unusable. See Pics. Contacted seller with pics asking for partial refund. He said return & would give refund after receipt. Explained it is difficult to go to PO because of handicap & would be satisfied with refund for unusable portion. Said not his policy, return or NOTHING. Ridiculously uncooperative!
