    Color is Beautiful! Anxious to get it. Saw it once on the Movie channel. Now, I can watch it over and over. Its True River life. Singing is Awesome. Love the dancing..     Showboat is a show worth watching.

    Show Boat is a tremendous musical with immortal songs and a decent plot. I think it is one of the best musicals.ever on film, Music by Jerome Kern and lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II.
