As for the item, quality overall seems similar to the previous set. These have a much thicker leaf spring clip holding the pack together which I like, but the new U bolts that came with it are a little thinner than the previous ones. I still used them since I don't think it'll be an issue. Overall very happy, we'll see how they hold up over time.
