Libra, I've ordered from you before and received my items promptly and properly packaged; however, this shipment received an "F" on packaging. The UPS driver even said he had to re-tape the boxes prior to delivery because they were destroyed. Fortunately, the items are steel leaf springs and they were not damaged. They did however, sustain some scrapes.
