Seller included fine tuners for free (i asked for them) and did a nice job fitting the Aubert bridge to the instrument. The sound post stayed in place during shipping. The bow included is nice quality. Case is basic but good. Thanks!

However, the violin I received had visible damage and quality issues, including embedded dirt in the varnish and scratches. Despite this, the seller s customer service was excellent, and they handled everything professionally. I appreciate their fairness in resolving the matter.
