    Purtian's Pride Milk Thistle

    I would highly recommend Puritan's Pride Milk Thistle product to everyone. Milk thistle in and of itself is a wonderful supplement for the liver. It aids in the detox of the liver and cleans out the free radicals. Now the important thing to remember is you want the best and puriest form of Milk Thistle. That is where Puritan's Pride comes into play. Their product is a pure as you can get anywhere. I have tried others without a lot of success.     Sorry to give a "middle of the road / neutral" rating but I actually have not taken this long enough to know how well it's really working. Prob is fine, no weird or otherwise side effects to date. Wasn't expecting "soft gels" but that has been a plus so far as I've had some bad experiences in the past with the caplets you can open. Definitely a good deal!
