    Sorry to hear there was an issue with the items, after translating this you said that the product was not in the original packaging and was not new, this product was listed as used and in the pictures you can see its used, there is no way for us to have original packaging, looking at the pictures you added this product was nicely packaged each piece individually and then in one big box so there would be no damage during shipping, this takes time to do and most would not spend the time.
