    proper cooking tool for homemade noodles

    yes, i like it and would buy it again. however, it does a few design flaws: 1. it is a bit difficult for me (with flour on my hands) to turn the adjustment knob.2. the numbers on the knob are not highlighted....difficult to see. 3. the handle keeps falling out as i crank. yes, i've learned to deal with these issues.

    Pasta. Such an elemental food. So fun to prepare it from scratch. The Marcato allows for easy processing of sheets that can be used to make filled pastas, or cut into various widths. Crank works easily, adjustment of thickness of the sheet of pasta is easily accomplished.

    Noodle machine.

    No electricity needed. Use it to roll out the dough to your preferred thickness then use the cutter to cut the noodles-two options. No worries about parts breaking; it's very well made. I have used mine for 40 years and bought this one for my daughter.
