I recommend an Xacto knife of some sort to clean up some edges and a plastic clip remover for tucking and removing bubbles. Also a hair dryer and YouTube. The vinyl is a gloss black but not overly shiney. IMO it goes well with the rest of the stock window trim and other gloss black accents of the car. Great price and fast shipping. Packaging was also well done. Would definitely recommend
