Contacted them, takes 24 hours IF you get a response and they assured me I would get a refund, a TOTAL refund, and when I inquired after 24 hours when that would be exactly, they won’t respond, I put in a request to look into it but because it was shipped in a package that I DID receive, I have no proof that I didn’t get it. WASTE OF MONEY
