    Vida Magnesio-Best Magnesium Chloride on the Market

    I have tried several different brands of Magnesium Chloride over the years. The best brand by far is the Vida Magnesio. Clean pure flakes of Magnesium Chloride that dissolve quickly in water. 50 grams (one package) makes 1.5 liters. Perfect and simple to prepare. My body can feel the the difference between the different brands and Vida Magnesio is the top of the line. Would never consider using another brand of Magnesium Chloride other than Vida Magnesio. Magnesium Chloride is truly the Miracle Salt as advertised.

    Wonderful

    This magnesium is exactly that. The instructions are in Spanish. One packet of magnesium crystals makes one big batch of liquid magnesium. I bottled it up and put it in the fridge to keep it fresh. I received two packets of magnesium crystals.
