      phone not new

      I have bought the same phone brand new so I knew what to expect. The phone I ordered was claimed to be new. Not original ear phones. They put in some cheep look alike. Did not come with the tab to pop out SD/sim card. And (this could be just me) the battery has the life span of a battery that has been used before. If I recall properly the battery life on the HTC One m8 (new) was good for already 6-8 months. But with all that said the phone works great and was it what seemed to be new condition.

      OK phone

      The phone works like its supposed to. The only downfall is the terrible battery life, and the phone resets by itself 5 times a minute! Seriously, if the screen goes black once the phone automatically resets. You have to put music on just to keep it from restarting I really hate that. And the battery life is less than 3 hours. Terrible!
