Had to send entire unit back for them to replace the handle. They covered all costs. Great customer service! Too bad they couldn't just send me the handle to replace (6 screws attach it)....

The Generator was delivered quickly but not the solar panel due to supply issues. Also the wrong AC cable came with it. It took nearly two weeks to get that cable. While awaiting that, the solar panels came. I'v read stories of people floating around for weeks awaiting deliveries. Customer Support handled my issues in the end, even though i had to check back for trackinf #s. I have everything. It works.
