The shipping was free and fast. Cosmetically it looks brand new not like a used 4 year old desktop. Out of the box, I plugged it in and connected it to my external backup that had my data from my old (still running) 2008 iMac with Time Machine. All my files and data imported flawlessly. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great iMac for less than $800.

Despite being listed as 'slightly used" or 'may have cosmetic dings', I can't find any flaws anywhere. It came with a new keyboard and mouse, and had the latest software installed, and getting it set-up and configured the way I want it was no harder than any other computer, new or used, that I've owned. I'd have no trouble buy from this vendor again, or recommending them to friends.
