    Item shipped right away by seller. Postal service was the reason for delays but the seller tracked the package herself and kept excellent communication. The box arrived in bad shape, but the seller packaged the item so well it survived the ride. Probably one of the best seller’s I’ve ever dealt with. Seriously! Item was fairly (exceptionally) priced. Condition was mint, as described. Thank you. I will definitely save this seller and pick her over any duplicate item I’m searching for. Thank you

    I purchased two 2 packs of the wax melts, but only received one 2 pack. I contacted the seller & requested either the missing product or refund the difference. They didn't have additional products & wanted to verify the original listing. The matter was not resolved within 3 days, so I contacted eBay. The seller sent a snarky message about me not being able to wait. I believe the cost of the missing product, tax & shipping should have be considered & refunded half the cost paid.

    Firstly, this matter was resolved within 3 days, 21-24th, the buyer did get requested refund & I did not ask for items to be returned. 2 pack item was received & the buyer stated order was for 4 items I apologized & asked to allow me contact EBay. I apologized that buyer was unable to wait for a response (this apology was taken as a snarky comment for some reason) Buyer received partial refund, kept items & still chose to leave negative feedback.
