    Due to my terrible shoulders and lack of flexibility, I purchased these handles to start squatting again. I have used the handles twice since I received them. Installation is simple. For convenience, I leave the rings on the bar when not using the handles by sliding the rings out to the sides. This way, I do not have to put the rings on and off, which could be a PITA. The handles are sturdy and do the job. I am happy with them.
