    Quick shipping and delivery on sellers part. Happy with purchase. We have used Norton for years. I do not like the lifelock added to it and don't use that feature. The security isn't as good as it once was. Norton wants to charge extra for everything they used to give you for free. The yearly subscription is well over 100 a year. So this was a good deal. I will upload before my current subscription is over. So I just cancel subscription before they charge and buy it this way and upload.

    Very Good Computer Protection

    Norton will always be the forebearer of excellence in anti-virus software, their technologies are simply tough to beat. The set-up is easy, their threat vigilance is amazing. The anti-spam portion of this suite is largely ineffective, the user does most, if not all of the work in spam detection. The program should be more automated, Norton would be wise to invest in a good anti-spam program like Spam Bully and incorporate it into Norton 360. However, and for me, Norton does what it's supposed to do. It protects my computers as well or better than any anti-virus software out there.

    Norton is top-notch, but not using 'their' renewal process is eh...

    Norton rarely has competitive prices for renewals, so I usually go on to ebay like I did this time. The renewal process on the Norton site is a bit awkward if you have a product code, but do-able on my PC. For my other devices (Android Tablets and iPhone) it was kind of cumbersome. Will look at using a different product next year.

    Norton 360

    Had use other brand before but there were issues that it didn't respond to. Switch to Norton several years ago and it corrected previous issues. Have stuck with Norton ever since.

    Good Virus protection

    Have used Norton for years and prefer getting product where I can download the numbers myself and not have Norton automatically renew every year. Much cheaper this way.

    It works for me.

    I have used Norton for many years and it has always protected me. If I have a problem, customer service is always there to help. It is only a phone call away and it is fast. My only complaint is that the advanced "tune up tools" ie. the registry cleaner, used to be free. Now they cost an additional $49.00 per year.
