Although the shipping bag was small and the outside packaging was crushed a little, the lip tube inside was unharmed and still had its safety plastic around it so I know it was unused and brand new as advertised. As this is the only thing I’ve found that actually fixes the little crease around my lips, and truly plumps my lips, I had no problem paying what was asked. So thanks for helping me appear my best!
