      Rodelle Baking Cocoa is my new cocoa.

      So far I have used it for baking brownies and making hot cocoa. It's a fine, smooth cocoa that doesn't have that after taste you get from some of the other companies dutch process cocoa. It's an excellent product that I will be buying again.

      Dutch Processed Cocoa is a mind blowing game changer, if you've only ever used standard american hershey's cocoa

      Oh my god, when you try this cocoa it will blow your mind. I did a taste test with this dutch-processed cocoa, in comparison to cocoa available in the US, and it was insane. I made bean brownies and did half the pan with the american, half dutch-processed, and the american side tasted like chalk in comparison to the dutch processed, which tasted like chocolate!

      Rich, luscious taste of chocolate works beautifully in all my recipes

      I did a taste test of all the cocoa powders available in some very fine (read: pricey) specialty stores. Rodelle is hands-down the tastiest--chocolatiest, richest, funnest, the everythingest! So now I can buy it in bulk--much better price. And I'll hope that one day this Rodelle Cocoa can be fair-trade and organic, too. Then it will be simply The Best.

      Dark, rich chocolate flavor!

      This cocoa has a dark, rich chocolate flavor! Use the old baker's trick of "cooking" the cocoa in a bit of boiling water to release the flavor before using it in a cake recipe or making hot cocoa!
