    They simply do the job...

    Whether you're stressed out or just want a good night's sleep without the groggy feeling some people experience when using traditional sleep medications. Even my husband is convinced. He has a very active brain and high pressure at times work wise, so if he wakes up at 3 in the middle of the night he can take 2, fall asleep and perform the next day. They are not harmful, unless you are allergic to the ingredients, and maybe they will work for you. Different things work for different people.

    Relaxing sleep; doesn’t affect insulin readings!

    Hyland’s Calms Forte relaxes me so I get a decent night’s sleep. When I took melatonin, my sugar count would be high and I was becoming borderline diabetic as melatonin can affect insulin production. Since switching to Calms Forte my sugar readings have dropped and I am no longer considered borderline diabetic. Whew!
