I am 210#, 5’-10” and go to the gym 5 days a week for years….. and after 3 hours my shoulders felt like they were tearing out of my body. I couldn’t even raise my hands after 5 hours. It’s also very tight to get on even with 2 people helping and baby powder. It’s definitely a bigger experience commitment than I expected. It’s HEAVY.
