    The item was not as described or pictured. It was supposed to be a gold ladybug and a gold sunflower, but there was no sunflower, just another larger ladybug in silver attached with silver rings. I ordered this item for the gold to match the hardware on my handbag so I removed the silver ladybug which didn’t look good on the charm anyway. Small $ item, but disappointed that it was not what was pictured, or that there was no communication regarding the discrepancy.
