    The Firm

    I’ve been using the firm workouts for over 25 years. I still have mostly VHS with some DVDs. I got this DVD because my VHS started faltering. I had a collection of about 50 with the firm and Tammy Lee Webb. If you’re serious about getting fit these really work for women.
