There are a lot of complaints about most all spray gun brands, not this one in particular. I do really like the feel of this one, as it seems much better than the original one that came with the washer. The wand is nice, but shorter, and I would have preferred a male coupler adapter on the gun end to make swapping on and off easier. For the most part, this was a good choice (so far).
