    I purchased the item and didn't receive it. After a week I contacted the seller and they said they didn't realize I purchased it and they would ship it the next day. After about another week I contacted them again and they said they would just refund my money. I asked why and they said shipping cost. Never did they reach out to me, it was always me reaching out to them. I'm quite certain if I didn't reach out to them I would still be waiting for my package.
