The condition is new, the screen protector of the inner rubber case doesn't perfectly fit around the phone. So the inlay plastic screen protector does not press firmly down on the phone screen so you have to press down on the protector to tap the screen. $12 seems fitting but in stores it should be for 8 dollars. Overall appearance it's worth the price from ebay. 7/10.
