    This seller took nearly 6 weeks to deliver a toy, meant as a gift for my 5 year old nephew- shipping was within Canada and should have taken 2 weeks, maximum, even with holiday delays etc. They misrepresented the shipping date, and became rude and accusatory in their responses to my inquiries. I asked for a resolution and they ignored me. Horrible sellers and I would advise all to steer clear!

    This was explained on all auctions at the time during the CPC Postal Strike. It's the only reason we offered free shipping at that time. We offered express services through other carriers for this reason but of course everyone elected to take free shipping or reduced shipping with some for overseas (90-day ground service). Funny that they wanted a refund just after the item shipped. I'd advise all sellers to add to blocked list.
